your privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination
practices for our Web site.
We do not share information about you with other companies. We automatically
collect your IP address, but not your email address when you visit our site.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer
our Web site.
Through the order forms on our site, we collect information necessary for billing
and shipping.
We collect your contact information (like email address) and financial information
(like credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used
to send orders and information about our company to you. Financial information
that is collected is used to bill you for products and services.

We use a cookie in order to retain the contents in your shopping cart while
you are checking out other areas on our site. When you are done, the gear in
your cart is still there for you to buy.

process, we will send you AFG emails. These emails will inform you of our launch
of new products, of special sales, of environmental issues we think are important.

Ordering online at afgconvention.org is safe and easy! Protecting your order information
is a priority, so we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts
ALL of your personal information including credit card number name and address
to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than AFG. If you
are using a Netscape browser, check the security of your connection by looking
at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server.
For Internet Explorer, check the little boxes near the lower right-hand corner.
If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then
SSL is active.
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication through
secure servers. If you are unable to connect to a secure server or would rather

pay by check and mail the order in.
